Am I able to choose more than one color and scent for my candles?
If you order votives, pillars or jar candles, you may choose two different scent/color combos for an additional $2.00.
May I split up my dozen with different scents?
When ordering votives (2oz or 3oz), you may split up your dozen by two scents (6 of two scent/color options)
Why does my candle sometimes start to put off black smoke, and make my candle holder turn black?
Your wick is too long, trim it to ¼ of an inch and then re-light your candle.
Why does my candle sometimes make a tunnel down the middle?
The most likely culprit for this is you’re not burning your candle long enough before putting it out. The rules of candle burning are to burn your candle until the top is completely liquefied before distinguishing the flame, or an hour for every inch of the candle. For example; if you have an 8 oz jar candle, you will want to burn it for at least 3 hours before putting it out. Also, keep your candle away from drafty areas as this can cause your flame to melt one side of the candle more than the other.
How long will it take to get my candles?
Your candles are not made until you order them. Therefore, please expect a 5–7 day turnaround time for the candles to arrive at your door.
